This policy applies to all purchases made through Peeragebag's official website (https://peeragebag.com/).
1. POLICY OVERVIEW
Peeragebag is committed to providing the best shopping experience. You have the right to request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
1.1 Conditions for Eligibility
For a return or exchange to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:
- Time Limit: Within 30 days of receiving the item.
- Product Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, free from external odors (e.g., perfume, smoke), and without any signs of wear on the material or hardware (unless the damage is a manufacturing defect).
- Labels and Packaging: Must have all original tags, labels, packaging, and accompanying accessories (such as dust bags, shoulder straps, or warranty cards) fully intact and attached.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original receipt or a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email).
1.2 Products NOT Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:
- Products that have been used, soiled, or damaged after receipt.
- Products in the clearance section or items specifically marked as FINAL SALE.
- Gift Cards.
- Personal accessories that have been unsealed or used (e.g., certain small leather goods) due to hygiene and safety concerns.
- Items lost or damaged during return shipping when handled by the customer.
- Special orders or customized items.
2. RETURN PROCESS
Step 1: Submit a Return Request
Please send an email requesting a return or exchange to support@peeragebag.com or use the contact form on our website. Please provide the following information:
- Order number.
- Name of the product(s) you wish to return/exchange.
- Detailed reason for the return (e.g., wrong size, manufacturing defect, not as described).
- Attach photos/videos clearly showing the product defect (if applicable).
Step 2: Confirmation and Shipment
Upon receiving your request, the Peeragebag team will review and respond within 48 business hours. If the request is approved, we will provide the return shipping address and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via email.
IMPORTANT: Customers are responsible for safely packaging the product(s) using protective materials equivalent to the original packaging. Please ensure the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the package.
Step 3: Inspection and Processing
- Once Peeragebag receives the returned item, we will conduct a thorough inspection of the product's condition (usually within 24-48 hours of receipt).
- If the product fully meets the eligibility conditions (Section 1.1), we will proceed with the exchange or refund.
3. REFUND POLICY
3.1 Cases Eligible for Refund
A refund is only applicable when the returned product fully meets the eligibility criteria and:
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- Peeragebag shipped the wrong item, color, or size compared to the original order.
- The product requested for exchange is out of stock.
3.2 Refund Method
- The refund will be issued to the customer's original method of payment (e.g., credit card, bank account).
- The refund process will be completed within 5-10 business days from the date we confirm receipt of the returned item and its successful inspection.
- Please note: The time it takes for the funds to be credited to your account may vary depending on your bank's processing procedures.
